Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:

- None

Call for opens:

- Bob: We have two new bug reports to review and code.

Review of previous meeting minutes:

- Bob Ross moved to approve the Jan 12 minutes.
  Lance Wang seconded the motion.  Without objection minutes were approved.

ARs:

- Mike LaBonte to send "blank" ISSO testcase file to Arpad Muranyi.
  - Done.

- Mike LaBonte to send IBISCHK700 draft 2 parser contract.
  - Not done.

- Arpad Muranyi to send bug testcases to Bob Ross.
  - He sent several bug testcases.

New IBISCHK bugs:
- Bob Ross showed bug 195 draft 1.
- Bob: This is from Arpad Muranyi.
  - A missing [End Node Declarations] is not flagged.
  - It should be MODERATE/MEDIUM.
  - This will be uploaded.
  - Other changes I made caused a crash.
- Mike: Is the change legitimate?
- Bob: I'm not sure yet.

- Bob Ross showed bug 196 draft 1.
- Bob: This is also from Arpad Muranyi.
  - No error message is given if Inverting/Non-inverting are present in 5.1.
  - Those became legal in 6.0.
- Lance: This is serious from a software point of view.
- Mike: Should the testcase use 5.1, not 4.2?
- Bob: That should not matter much.
  - This should be MODERATE/MEDIUM.

- Bob Ross showed a bug 197 draft.
- Bob: This is also from Arpad Muranyi.
  - It came with Language IBIS-ISS, which is invalid for a 4.2 file.
  - The parser reported that so there is no bug.
  - This will not be posted.

AR: Bob Ross to post bugs 195 and 196


IBISCHK7 parser development contract:
- Bob: I might reduce the size of what we have by reducing bullet lists to tables.
